U-Boot Booting problem from NAND FLASH (Automatic)

Hi, Dear All :

Because I don't have simplified (Chinese) character  input method in my laptop, so I need to type English character to explain this context.

I have a Micro 2440 SDK ( Friendly ARM, NAND 1G) and try to porting u-boot on 1G NAND flash.

first time, I got "u-boot.bin"  from CD-ROM, then use  JTAG(j-link) download it to SDRAM & execute it, it works well !, the command as below:
1. loadbin u-boot.bin 0x33f80000
2. setpc 0x33f80000
3. g

then, I try to use supervivi  & try it again, command as below:
1. load ram 0x33f80000 0 239016 u
2. go 0x33f80000
3. u-boot booting success ....

so, I think this binary code for u-boot is ok, then burning it into NAND flash
4. nand scrup
5. nand createbbt
6. nand write 0x33f80000 u-boot

7. restart system & switch NAND flash booting
8. waiting a  long time, no terminal output  .....

I still try to solve this issue.
Is anybody can give me some suggestions ? thanks a lot.

对于u-boot来说，直接跳转到RAM中和从NAND Flash启动的过程是不同的，后者多了一个把自己从NAND Flash复制到SDRAM中的过程。
也许你应该充分利用一下你的JLink了，它不光只是用来下载的代码的，不是吗？
