 请教 linux内核配置问题

我按照手册的说明，输入了 make menuconfig  结果提示错误：
[root@localhost kernel-2.6.13]# make menuconfig
  HOSTCC  scripts/basic/fixdep
/bin/sh: line 1: gcc: command not found
make[1]: *** [scripts/basic/fixdep] Error 127
make: *** [scripts_basic] Error 2
不知道是哪的问题？请版主或高手给予解答，谢谢！

好像是gcc的库不全，不知道还少哪个？

根本就没有装gcc

我输入：arm-linux-gcc -v显示的内容和datasheet上说的一样啊，就说明我的交叉编译环境已经装好了，是不是还缺少什么东西啊？

menuconfig是不会用到交叉编译的，这里说的是你PC Linux上没有装gcc，至于怎么装，要看你PC上Linux发行版(debian？redhat？)的说明
