 nand_read_ecc: Failed ECC read

昨天運行的時候無法掛起 linux root, 檢查一下發現 nand_read_ecc: Failed ECC read.

我買的是SBC2440,
嘗試執行 bon part 0192k 1216k 格式化和上載root_default.img 和 zImage 後,
出現
**>>yaffs ecc error unfixed on chunk 17155:0
**>>yaffs ecc error unfixed on chunk 17155:1
**>>Block 536 marked for retirement

是不是壞了? 我才買了兩個月....

如果是坏块引起的ECC Error这是正常的，重新分区格式化后这个坏块会被yaffs标识出来而不会写入文件系统数据。
