我的mini2440板子64M的nandflash现在下载wince 5.0总出问题

我的mini2440板子64M的nandflash现在下载wince 5.0总出问题
我的板子下载linux系统都正常，现在改回下载wince就总出问题。
下原来光盘里带的内核，触屏和鼠标都不管用，下载网上下载的新的wince 5.0内核，只能启动一次，第二次就启动不了了。
第二次启动时信息如下，
