 为什么从nand flah启动要把4k的启动代码拷贝到sram里运行，而不是直接在nandflash里运行

首先，是否可以直接运行nand flash里的代码
其次，如果不可以，这和nand flash的bus width只能设定为8bit或者16bit有关系吗

NAND Flash和RAM，NOR Flash不同，不是随机存储的，不能直接用来跑代码。关于NAND Flash的特性， Linux MTD有很清楚解释 http://www.linux-mtd.infradead.org/doc/nand.html
